Providing a customised approach to Japanese Knotweed control
Identification
Make no doubt about it: Fallopia Japonica, popularly known as Japanese Knotweed, is a virulent rhizomatous perennial plant.
Japanese knotweed is native to Japan, Korea, and parts of East Asia and China, where fungus and insects suppress it. As a result, it does not pose the same threat in those locations as it does thousands of kilometres away in the Western world.
Survey
Each case study of Japanese Knotweed is unique. As a result, the therapy and approach used must be precisely adjusted to each of these particular situations and locales.
Knotweed Ninjas will investigate each situation thoroughly. This helps with cost-cutting as well as identifying the treatment's environmental impact and any potential risks.
Treatment Plans
Japanese Knotweed and the soil in which it grows are classified as controlled waste and thereby pollute the environment and as with other pollutants, a management (remediation) plan is required (such as asbestos).
According to the Environment Agency, all construction sites should have a 'Japanese Knotweed Management Plan' (KMP).
Monitoring & After Care
At Knotweed Ninjas, we take pride in our monitoring and aftercare service, ensuring that regions are clear of invasive plant infestations, monitoring locations after treatment, and giving guarantees for your piece of mind.

Knotweed Ninjas from the very first phone call broke everything down in simple bitesize bits so that I knew what they were doing, how much it would cost and the long term plans including insurances. Very impressed with them.
